Our Institue follows The University Grants Commission (UGC) Guidelines for Fee Refund which has issued clear guidelines to ensure student-friendly and transparent fee refund practices in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) across India. These are applicable in case a student withdraws from admission.

Refund Structure:

• 100% Refund: Withdrawal up to 15 days before commencement of the academic session (₹1,000 processing fee may be deducted).
• 90% Refund: Withdrawal less than 15 days before the session starts.
• 80% Refund: Withdrawal within 15 days after the session starts.
• 50% Refund: Withdrawal between 16–30 days after the session starts.
• No Refund: Withdrawal after 30 days of the session’s commencement.

Additional Notes:

• Refunds must be processed by the institution within 15 days of receiving the withdrawal application.
• Institutions must display refund policies prominently during the admission process.
• Students can escalate grievances to the UGC if not resolved by the institution.
