- Academic Upliftment:
- Adopt NEP 2020 guidelines and implement CBCS curriculum.
- Encourage interdisciplinary learning and research opportunities.
- Introduce skill-based certificate and diploma courses aligned with local needs.
- Enhance digital learning infrastructure and promote blended learning.
- Infrastructure Enhancement:
- Develop modern classrooms with audio-visual aids.
- Upgrade library and laboratory facilities for practical and research-based learning.
- Establish a computer lab with internet and ICT-enabled resources.
- Expand campus with eco-friendly and accessible facilities.
- Faculty Empowerment:
- Encourage faculty to pursue Ph.D. and publish in peer-reviewed journals.
- Organize regular workshops, FDPs, and knowledge exchange programs.
- Support faculty participation in academic networks and online learning platforms.
- Student Development:
- Form student councils, clubs, and mentoring programs.
- Promote cultural heritage, sportsmanship, and youth leadership.
